AI receptionist for salons and spas
In salons and spas, the person best placed to answer the phone is usually with a client. ReadyOffice answers every call, sends your booking link by text, handles common questions from your business profile and manages review requests and promotions with your approval.

Industry challenges
Common challenges in salons and spas
Client service and phone coverage compete for the same team members. These gaps cost bookings and repeat visits.
- Unanswered booking calls
Calls during appointments go unanswered, and callers book with another salon.
- Unfilled cancellations
Cancellations left by voicemail are heard too late to offer the slot to a waiting client.
- Service questions without answers
New clients asking about services and pricing cannot get a timely answer.
- Irregular marketing
Posts, before-and-after content and review requests are deferred.
How ReadyOffice addresses them
The AI Receptionist handles booking calls and sends your booking link, Marketing manages review requests and social posts, and Daily Reporting summarizes bookings and messages. Each feature shows its availability.

Recommended plan
Pro$279 a month
Many salons and spas choose Pro, because social posts written for you and a monthly email campaign keep the calendar full between visits. If you mostly need booking calls answered and your link texted, Standard covers the AI receptionist, review requests and a five-page website.

Regulatory points relevant to this sector, each sourced from an official government page. This is general information, not legal or tax advice; requirements vary by province.
Telling public health before you open or add a service (Ontario)
In Ontario, a personal service setting must give written notice to the local medical officer of health at least 14 days before it opens, and again at least 14 days before it starts offering additional services. Check with your public health unit before you advertise a new treatment. [1]
Keeping records (Ontario)
The same Ontario regulation requires records, where they apply: sterilization and disinfection logs, and for invasive procedures the client's name and contact information, the service and the date. They are kept at the setting for one year and then available for at least two more. [1]
Promotional texts to clients
Canada's anti-spam legislation applies to texts as much as to email. A promotion by text needs the client's consent and your business name, and when a client replies STOP, you must respect it, not just offer it. [2]
Common questions
Can it book appointments directly?
During the call it texts the caller your booking link, so they choose a time in the booking tool you already use. It can also take a message for a callback when someone prefers to talk to a person.
What does it say about prices?
Only what you've put in your business profile, for example starting prices for each service. If a price depends on a consultation, it says so and offers a callback.
Will it ask every client for a review?
Only when you choose. Review requests go out by text or email after a visit when you decide, and the request asks for an honest review.
