Who we are
ReadyOffice is a Canadian company based in Ontario. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number and business name;
- your message;
- whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, the exact wording you agreed to, and when;
- the page you sent the form from.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and book your setup call. We only send marketing emails if you tick the box agreeing to them, as Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) requires. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How we protect your business's data
- The platform's database is backed up every night. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server, and we regularly test restoring from them.
- Accounts can use two-factor sign-in (an authenticator app) or a passkey, and every change made in an account is recorded in an audit log.
Analytics
If we turn on website analytics, we use a cookieless tool that does not track you across other websites.
