Our services
ReadyOffice sets up and manages office services for small businesses: phone answering, domains, websites, email, billing and marketing. The services in your plan are listed on your order.
Your ownership
Domains are registered in your business's name. Your content, customer list and phone number stay yours. If you cancel, we help you move them.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Your renewal price is your sign-up price.
9-1-1 and phone service
Our phone lines run over the internet (VoIP). 9-1-1 calls on them can work differently from a traditional landline and can fail during a power or internet outage. Before phone service starts, you must read our 9-1-1 notice and confirm that you understand its limits. Read the 9-1-1 notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Languages
This agreement is available in English and French. Both versions have equal force.
